These references provide a beginning compendium of useful information for EIA practitioners who have responsibilities for planning, conducting, and/or reviewing air quality impact stuides on a variety of projects, plans, policies, programs and permits.  The references are related to addressing various regulatory requirements, to identifying potential direct, indirect and cumulative air quality effects and to determining the significance of such effects.  Emphasis is given to both point, line and area sources of pollution and their emission factors and emission inventories.  These references can be used for domestic, as well as international projects.
