The purpose of these references is to provide a beginning compendium of useful information for EIA practioners engaged in planning, conducting, and/or reviewing the cumulative effects assessment portions of impact studies. Reference Documents are included on “good-practice” guidelines and procedures, Reasonably Foreseeable Future Actions, cumulative watershed effects, and regional management of cumulative effects.
